The Sciences Po American Foundation is pleased to invite you to a Club 150 Conversation with Adam Baczko (Research Fellow at Sciences Po CERI) on The Taliban Courts in Afghanistan: Waging War by Law on Monday October 6, 2025.
In his groundbreaking exploration, Adam Baczko examines how the Taliban used legal institutions to gain power, legitimacy, and control—reshaping the outcome of the war in ways that offer critical insights into similar dynamics in other contemporary conflict zones.
