Iryna Terekh
CEO & CTO, Fire Point
Iryna Terekh is the CEO and CTO of Fire Point – a role she grew into after joining the company in 2023 as Director of Production with a mandate to build serial manufacturing from scratch. Being an engineer-architect before joining the defence sector, she ran a company producing outdoor concrete furniture – a background that later proved extremely valuable for rapid industrial scale-up under wartime constraints. At Fire Point, she built the production infrastructure behind the FP-1 drone and FP-5 Flamingo cruise missile, expanding the team from a handful of engineers to thousands of professionals across multiple facilities. Recognized by Forbes Ukraine in its 30 Under 30 list, Iryna represents a new generation of Ukrainian industrial leaders – one that learned to build weapons the same way she once built cities: fast, from materials at hand, and with no room for error.
