[Club 150 NYC] Enforcing the Law of Democracy?
The Sciences Po American Foundation is pleased to host a Club 150 Conversation with Eleonora Bottini, Professor of Law at Sciences Po, on Enforcing the Law of Democracy? On Monday, March 2, 2026 | 6:00–8:00 PM at Orrick, 51 W 52nd Street, New York, NY 10019.
The conversation will examine how courts’ growing role in judging presidential figures creates constitutional tensions. Recent cases in France and comparative perspectives from the United States and beyond pose the question: how can judicial accountability both uphold the rule of law and reshape democratic choice?
Tickets must be reserved in advance and include drinks and light refreshments:
- General Admission – $35
- 2026 Club 150 Members – Complimentary (email tanya@usscpo.org for code)
