Being now a seasoned CHRO with 20 years of experience, I had the opportunity to round my skill set in Talent, Transformation, Social Dialogue & People Engagement over a wide array of contexts.

I use my energetic leadership to shape strategic People & Org roadmap. To make it actionable, i place "trust" and "empowerment" at the center of my actions.
While acting at executive leadership level, creating conditions of teams’ sustainable engagement is one my obsessions… Helping people grow in their leadership is the other one. To upskill my practice, I was certified as Executive Coach at HEC School of Coaching in 2022 and am now acting as a coach.

COMEX Member, CHRO in charge of the full company scope, I was appointed to create conditions of employees' engagement and performance around our new strategic platform for the company.
Main contributions:
- the co-creation of the Company value creation (VCP) & STRATEGIC PLAN: our growth trilogy (profitable, sustainable, and human) was cascaded to all our employees, and thoroughly reflected in our new corporate identity & employer branding.

Supporting as Sr HRD and Study Leader the CBU and Danone in France through 2 major steps of development:
1. FROM early life nutrition Bledina & medical nutrition Nutricia stand-alone CBU’s TO an integrated SPECIALIZED NUTRITION in France:
- Driving the design phase (incl. staffing + retention plan on key capabilities & talent)
- Driving the social dialogue phase (PSE social plan, nego of social supporting measures signed with unions)
- And supervising the implementation with operating modes, detailed change plan by function.
I conducted the change with a key attention on People & Culture roadmap. Bledina & Nutricia are both iconic brands and companies, with each strong cultures rooted in science, clients & patients, serving life. Detailed change activities and listening strategy with monthly pulse survey were implemented to ensure our 1600 employees be/feel part of this integration.
And UPGRADING OUR SUSTAINABILITY ROADMAP: Both Bledina & Nutricia were trailblazering a B-Corp certification in their categories; with a decisive inputs on HR components to reach the certification (launching civic engagement program and scaling up to France, signing Diversity & Inclusion agreement, ... )
2. FROM Specialized Nutrition TO Danone en France: Danone disclosed in November 2020 its intention to move from dedicated categories organization (SN, Waters & Dairy Plant Based) to cross categories organization in each country.
Being in charge of the one the largest CBU / entity in France, i combined my usual HR role with CO-DRIVING DANONE Local First RESTRUCTURING PLAN for France:
- Designing and implementing social dialogue in my CBU, whilst protecting business continuity & employees engagement
- acting as Transversal Lead for France on TALENT (talent mapping, pre staffing for each functions)

Appointed to drive a strong TRANSFORMATION MANDATE : the integration of DNAO, a stand alone CBU, into the newly created African division. Which resulted in :
- the carve-out the French overseas business & teams toward French entity
- the design and implementation of cross-categories Clusters in Morocco, Algeria, Egypt
- the implementation of Shared Business Services (IT, HR, Finance & General Secretary) in France and African countries. Contribution to the European Work Council

• Driving CBU TALENT AGENDA, with key emphasis in sourcing, developping & retaining local talents (especially in Sub-Saharian). Rolled out a new talent framework, piloted some assessment methods.
• Anticipating and leading transformations, ensuring the Danoners ENGAGEMENT with a strong focus on organization design and social relations. Leading a strong Management Community (approx 50 members) to durmbeat change across the organization, ensure people information and engagement to the ONE AFRICA project
• Shaping HR POLICIES and guidelines, upskilling management on HR Cycles.
