Subject matter expert on operationalizing energy justice concepts in development projects, from formulation to evaluation. Key projects include energy community business models and a workforce development pilot program.

Manage consulting contracts for power utilities, state governments, national environmental organizations, and affordable housing developers. Key projects include policy analysis, program design, technical assistance, and multi-stakeholder engagement for energy efficiency, electrification, and electromobility projects.

Co-lead of the consulting department and a member of the senior management team. Subject matter expert on public policy evaluation and guiding change at the individual and organizational levels. Lead and manage complex consulting contracts for local governments, governmental agencies, affordable housing developers, and nonprofits.
Key missions include climate change action plans, energy master plans, energy one-stop shops, capacity building, network facilitation, and multi-stakeholder strategic dialogue.
