I have been enjoying managing projects for about 20 years.

I have been working for URBACT, European Territorial Cooperation programme, for 12 years, managing the 3 core strand of activities of this networking programme for cities, focused on sustainable urban development :
• Transnational exchange and learning networks of cities (45 networks involving over 500 cities across Europe)
• Training and Capacity-building for local urban practitioners and decision-makers on participative and integrated approaches to urban policies (2 Summer universities, 30 National training seminars in 15 countries, Pilot training scheme for 30 EU local elected officials, etc.)
• Capitalisation and Dissemination of practical knowledge on urban issues Specialisation : building and supporting networks and partnerships, training and capacity-building, communication, urban governance, participative approach, knowledge management, strategic programming.

I then decided to experience project management in the private sector, joining Aon, a worldwide leader in insurance brokerage. For 4 years now, I have been managing a wide portfolio of projects, ranging from M&A (due diligence and integration of the company’s acquisitions), to business operations (client onboarding, client retention, digitalisation…).
