With nearly three years' experience in ESG strategy and regulatory compliance, Juliette Jourde has supported various organisations in their alignment with the requirements of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct, as well as the CSRD and CSDD.
She has advised private security companies on their human rights due diligence as part of an international multi-stakeholder initiative and contributed to the implementation of sustainable initiatives at a French ETI in the PPE sector. Specialising in risk and social performance analysis, Juliette has also helped to structure strategies in line with the B Corp and EcoVadis standards.
A trilingual graduate of the International Affairs School at Sciences Po Paris, Juliette combines analytical rigour with operational expertise to integrate sustainable development into the governance of organisations.

- Engaged with industry participants and raised awareness on human rights risks, including on site (Nigeria, Colombia).
- Assessed and rated 50+ companies based on human rights and social standards, and reviewed annual self-assessments, including HRIAs.
- Recommended corrective actions to help companies strengthen their human rights protection strategy.
- Developed and led the ICoCA digital training platform to help security companies reduce human rights risks (e.g. working conditions, use of force, harassment).
- Coordinated the translations of training courses into 7 languages.
