Jacques brings 15 years of HR experience in global and regional Business Partner, HR Projects and Compensation & Benefits roles. Jacques is currently with Schneider Electric on international assignment to Singapore with the Global Supply Chain. His current responsibilities include business partnering with the Global Logistics organization and leading the Global GSC HR Programs team and portfolio.Jacques was previously HR senior project manager for GSC EAJP.Prior to this, Jacques was supporting the IT Business - Asia Pacific Japan organization. He was HR Business Partner for the central team and the project leader for the SWP and rewards processes. Prior to this, Jacques worked in Paris, France, as the global project leader to design and deploy the first global job architecture for Schneider Electric globally (grading structure, based on Mercer methodology). He started his career with Schneider Electric France supporting the deployment of a competency & career review and the negotiations with unions about the workforce and skills management (GPEC) as well as gender balance certification. Jacques’s key competencies include:• HR Business partnering: support business leaders and teams. Provide HR support to the team by leveraging the HR Services & Solutions teams. From strategic consulting to operations.• Compensation and Benefits: Grading and salary architecture design and international mobility policy design. • Strategic Workforce Planning: people analytics and people review• Project management: delivering projects in complex international matrix environments• HR Process improvement: analyzing existing processes and drive change to align processes with strategic goals while optimizing efficiency and reliability. • HR Analytics: translating HR data into meaningful information to drive decision making or process improvement.Jacques holds a Master’s in HR from Sciences Po Paris and a B.S. in Business Management from the University Paris Dauphine.
