Françoise Groussard

Versatile and adaptive Project Manager with 20 yrs experience, I have worked both in operations and programs over the years, starting off my career in the private sector, I then moved on to the humanitarian and international development sectors.

In the aforementioned sectors, I have held both leadership positions in the field and coordination roles in HQ in Jordan, occupied Palestinian territories, Lebanon, Haiti, Guinea, USA, Canada, Italy, Afghanistan, Mali etc. and have worked with local authorities, international partners and donors (UN agencies, World Bank group etc), as well as with vulnerable populations, in post-crisis or development contexts (in Haiti post-earthquake, in the Levant) as well as in emergency settings (heading a Sub-delegation and treatment center during the 2015 Ebola outbreak).

From 2015 to 2018, as Field Operations Specialist for the International Development Law Organization (IDLO), I provided operational support to all the organization's fields, ensuring synergies and coordination across regions of the organization\'s best practices, supporting the organization’s push for increased transparency, accountability and consistency throughout fields; as well as leading operational restructuring of some fields offices (Afghanistan), and setting up new field presences in other locations (such as in Ukraine, Mali, Honduras, Liberia etc.).

I have now been working with INTERPOL as Project Manager in the Organized & Emerging Crimes directorate - since 2019.
