My expertise spans the full HR spectrum: talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, collective bargaining, M&A integration, workforce restructuring, and C&B strategy. I’ve built HR frameworks from scratch in complex, multi-site environments.
At Ayvens, I led the HR integration of the ALD/LeasePlan merger for France — 1,750 employees, 17 sites, 5bn€ global transaction — and ran talent and mobility operations at scale: 300 external hires per year, 100% of management appointments through internal mobility, and 85% positive works council opinions on major transformation projects.
I operate at COMEX level, in French and English, across both the strategic and operational dimensions of HR.
