 Following the tremendous success of our three previous editions (2023, 2024 and 2025), the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie Franco – Indienne is excited to launch the 2026 edition of the French-Indian Young Talents Program!

Eligibility:

Candidates should be under 35 years old, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience 

French & Indian nationals demonstrating exceptional talent in any sector. 

We seek individuals with a genuine passion for fostering robust Franco-Indian relations 

French nationals should have an existing connection to India (e.g., prior studies, experience as a VIE, or work experience with an Indian company). Similarly, Indian nationals should demonstrate ties to France (e.g., prior studies, professional experience in a French company, or a similar connection). 

Selected candidates will be invited to attend both sessions, in France and in India, with accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch and group dinners) covered.

Airfare and visa costs are not covered. For eligible applicants facing financial challenges, full coverage may be considered based on need and merit, subject to the submission of a personal statement explaining their situation. All support requests will be treated confidentially, and recipients will be required to keep award information confidential.

A contribution of €200 will be requested from each selected participant. Selection Process: Conducted with the pro bono support of Positive Moves, a reputable Indian executive search firm, and member of the Chamber.
