Dear Alumni,It is with great pleasure that we launch the Oenology Club in Brussels. For this first event, we propose a comparative tasting of French wine varieties.We will taste :1 sparkling white wine: "Mauzac Nature" Méthode ancestrale, Domaine Plageoles, mauzac, Sud ouest2 white wines: Blanc Chenin, Domaine des Hauts-Baigneux, chenin, LoireET Macon Villages, Domaine Montanet, chardonnay, Bourgogne2 red wines: Fleurie, Domaine Joubert, gamay, Beaujolais ET Abstèmes s'abstenir, Domaine Cosse Maisonneuve, gamay, CahorsThis tasting will be accompanied by explanations in a private room. Tapas will accompany the tasting.
