![]() | Ralph Buchter After completing a course in clinical and social psychology with a focus on theater at the University of Nice SophiaAntipolis, Ralph entered the banking industry through an apprenticeship before becoming the administrative and financial director of an innovative industrial SME specializing in the prevention of maritime pollution. In November 2006, he initiated the National Diversity Day and later established a consulting firm to support organizations on diversity and antidiscrimination issues. In 2009, he returned to the industry and launched a company in photovoltaic renewable energies. During 2013-2015, facing a dual crisis, both professional and personal, including a prolonged period of depression and reflection on the role of disability and illness in the workplace, Ralph became involved with Sequences Clés. The goal was to develop an inclusive audiovisual production company, primarily composed of professionals with disabilities—both physical and psychological—and simultaneously lead a training program to guide more people with disabilities toward employment in this sector. |
