On the occasion of Africa Day, Sciences Po Alumni is glad to invite you to a meeting gathering alumni from all African chapters with Kola Aina, who will give a talk on Tech Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital in Africa.
Kola Aina is the Founder & Managing Partner at Ventures Platform Fund. He is a seasoned early-stage Investor, Entrepreneur, Non-Executive Director and company Chair, passionate about seeing start-ups grow.
He has demonstrated success from leading investment in over 70 companies in Africa, India and the US, including payments companies such as Paystack (acquired by Stripe in 2020).
This conference will be introduced by Bernard El Ghoul, Sciences Po Alumni Executive Director, and moderated by Babacar Seck, ('14), President of the Cercle Afrique, Venture Capital & Private Equity Investor at PROPARCO.
