HOW TO DEVELOP YOUR INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY PROJECT ?

6:30 – 7:15 PM: Roundtable

Whats4u brings together Laurence Casala (career transition coach, creator of the Expat&Moi program) and Christophe Xerri (independent international expert, president of The Sailing Brain Consulting) to talk about international mobility and answer your questions.

Laurence Casala
Career transition coach, currently living in Germany.

A 2002 ESCP graduate, she launched her career in consulting and supporting transformation projects.

In 2012, she decided to move abroad with her family following a career opportunity in Switzerland for her husband. She left Paris, her clients, her projects, and her network. Overnight, she discovered the surprising status of the "follower partner": its joys, its sorrows, and above all, its uncertainty. After the excitement and excitement of the first few months of this new life, she faced doubts and self-questioning, the beginning of an emotional... and professional roller coaster !

In 2015, she decided to use her expatriate life as an opportunity to freely reinvent herself and began a coaching program. She then wrote the first pages of a new professional adventure. She trained in Positive Discipline and supportive leadership to work with parents, educators, and managers to develop psychosocial skills. She then trained as a coach in 2022. 13 years and four moves later, she puts all her experience to work for her clients, both expats and non-expats, to help them clarify their vision and become entrepreneurs in their professional lives with confidence and drive. She also created the Expat&Moi support program for expat partners who want to (re)invent the professional project that suits them while living abroad or upon their return.
