Negma Group is a leading investment company whose objective is to support the growth of companies and to foster value creation through a multi-strategic approach, through the activities of two of its poles: the hedge fund and the investment fund.
My missions were the following:
•Macroeconomic, sectoral and microeconomic research leading to consequent decision making supporting the discretionary trader of the Hedge Fund.
•Project coordination between a French and a Saudi company leading to the creation of a special investment vehicle and the acquisition of a Danish company.
•Conceptualisation, reflection and writing of an argumentative report for the President of Euronext and France's Financial Markets Authority (subject to be specified in the coming months).
•Analysis and evaluation of structured finance and investment files of the fund.
•Analysis of annual financial reports of hundreds of companies listed on the UK, Swiss and French markets.
