Summary
Inside of the Consumer Products Division, my mission is to :
- Define with each Brand a clear sustainability vision and roadmap in consistency with the Group’s commitments, covering all the value chain (ingredients, formulas, packs, POS...).
- Coordinate and support brands and their partners to invent scalable sustainable innovations in all relevant fields (plasticless, refillable…).
- Develop the sustainability culture amongst consumer products division teams, reinforcing the mobilization and animating internal activities to develop their ‘green spirit’.
- Engage with external stakeholders (NGOs, consumer organizations, medias…) and be the voice of the Division on sustainability.
- Collaborate with the key retailers on specific concrete sustainability programs, develop participative projects.
- Define, measure and report relevant sustainability KPIs and share best practices
