Komo Ressources Group (KOREG) is a new Gabonese private company in the Oil & Gas sector.

I was the first one to work with the General Manager for the first permit acquisition of KOREG - including negotiations, government relations management, recruitment and team construction, procedures, new business development, etc.

My main missions and achievements are:
- Lead negotiations with the Ministry of Petroleum of Gabon for the acquisition of oil fields (under the CEPP framework).
- Coordinate with senior management for strategic decision-making and the launch of new business opportunities.
- Lead the company’s operational launch, establish and oversee the daily administrative operations and overall functioning of the organization.
