Launched Shadows as a cultural Instagram media with 14 contributors. Was responsible for all aspects of operations. Grew media into a cultural NGO and creative consultancy working on cultural projects with partners in Ukraine and abroad.
Achievements: Instagram followers increased from 0 to 10K in 12 months, reaching half a million unique users. The startup was profiled in Vox and the Art Newspaper.
Fundraised $40,000 to supply 14 Ukrainian museums with protective equipment for art. The initiative was featured in CNN, i Newspaper, and the Guardian.

Performed analytical assessments of transparency and fact-checking of content credibility of 27 Ukrainian media to facilitate their access to international grants and advertisers, for a joint project between Newsguard and Reporters Without Borders.

Produced and co-hosted the 11-episode podcast 'Did the War End?', wrote and recorded weekly episodes, and interviewed invited guests on specialized war topics. Authored 1200-word long articles on culture, tech, and innovation.

Assisted Global Compact Director in designing presentations, creating annual strategy, and, in particular, helped create an Anti-corruption Manual for partner companies and a series of training for Anti-Corruption Collective Action launch in Ukraine.
